RYAN WOLNIEWICZ SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
This scholarship has been established in the memory of Ryan Wolniewicz who passed away on January 23, 2004. Ryan was killed in an automobile accident at the age of 16.
Each time we award this scholarship to a male Bedford Golfer, we will remember the passion Ryan had for golf, the joy he had for living and the special young man he was.
Ryan’s memory will be honored by awarding this scholarship to young men who exemplify Ryan’s dedication to golf, his competitive nature, his faith in Christ and his loving spirit!
Each year the Ryan Wolniewicz Memorial Golf Outing is held at Bedford Hills Golf Club.
AFTER 20 YEARS OF HOSTING THIS WONDERFUL EVENT, A DECISION WAS MADE TO DISCONTINUE THE TOURNAMENT. THE WOLNIEWICZ SCHOLARSHIP FUND WILL CONTINUE APPROXIMATLEY 8-10 MORE YEARS AT THE CURRENT LEVEL.
